12 oz of Sugar free Nestle Chocolate Skim Milk
Lunch:
6 inch Grilled Chicken Subway sandwich on 9 grain Honey Oat Bread. No cheese. Topped with cucumbers, pickles, black olives, lettuce and regular mustard.
Unsweet Iced Tea
2 chocolate chip cookies. :(
32 oz water
Snack:
Orange
32 oz water
handful of almonds
Dinner:

What did I just get myself into?
As a trainer I'm often asked, "Well, what do you eat?" That's a great question. Sadly, I logged a few weeks of my food intake and I was appalled. How can I be a trainer and eat like this? So I think to myself, I need to find a way to keep on track and to lead by example. I think that if every little thing I put into my body in under the microscope and available to everyone, I might practice what I preach. So here I go...I have a feeling I've bit off more than I can chew. Ha.
